Alaskan Mittens C/AR417 Pair of Alaskan mittens made from what I think is Wolf hide hair. They are tied together with a black braided cord and show very little use, if any. They might be military, possibly WWII as they are lined with a olive green wool lining with inked markings B-5164 and a name that has bled. There is a fabric tag in one mitten that says SIZE SMALL, but the mittens fit my medium sized hand. There is some shedding of the hair if pulled. |
